Harlyn Road

2022

The Harlyn Road home takes a clean, understated approach that lets the materials do the talking. Neutral toned tiles with a soft marble effect create a calm foundation, while the centre island becomes the quiet showpiece of the kitchen. Its cantilevered extension seats four to five comfortably, turning a simple island into a casual dine and wine spot that feels effortless rather than forced.

Tucked neatly into the layout, the chilled wine room adds a sense of theatre. Its full-height glass display turns what could have been a utility space into a confident feature that rounds out the kitchen’s modern, elegant character.

Stepping deeper into the layout, the wet kitchen takes on a more utilitarian role. It’s built for real, heavy-duty cooking, stripped of anything unnecessary and focused on performance. A concealed Teka hood keeps the form clean while still handling serious ventilation, and the Bertazzoni burner anchors the space with the kind of firepower you want in a hardworking kitchen. It’s straightforward, practical, and designed to take daily use without losing its composure.
